A warning letter is an allegation the FDA has published. It is not a court finding.
A letter is attributed to a programme only where the named firm matches it with confidence. Unmatched letters are counted in the register, not here.
The denominator is the programmes tracked on this site, not every GLP-1 seller in the United States.
Absence of a recorded resolution is common for recent letters and is not evidence of unresolved violations: the FDA publishes closeout letters for a minority of matters, typically more than a year later.
