This page states what decides the order of a list on this site, and what does not.

Commission does not affect order

Rankings, comparisons and ratings are set before any commercial arrangement is considered. No programme can pay for a position, a rating or a mention.

Rankings sort on the data the page shows: the standing monthly price, the states served, whether the medication is included, and the enforcement record. A reader can reproduce the order from the table beneath it.

An open FDA action removes a programme from every recommendation

A programme carrying an unresolved critical safety or legal flag is excluded from every ranking, every "best" list and every recommendation slot on the site. That rule is enforced in the database, not left to a page.

Its review page stays published, with the flag shown. A reader searching for that programme is exactly the reader who needs to see the letter.

Prices are dated, not adjusted

A price is recorded with the date it was read and the page it was read from. It is never rounded to look better, and a promotional rate is never presented as a standing one.

Where a programme's own site and our record disagree, the programme's site wins and the record is corrected.

Ratings are attributed, not ours

Ratings and written verdicts come from glp1watchdog.com and are carried here as that site's editorial judgement. They are not computed from the federal data on this site, and this site does not present them as its own measurement.

The safety register carries no commercial links

No page in the safety register contains an affiliate link. A call to action beside an FDA enforcement action would compromise both.

Who writes and who reviews

Every page names its author. A page carries a clinical reviewer byline only where a licensed clinician has checked it. An absent reviewer byline means no clinician has reviewed that page, and no page makes a clinical claim without one.

Corrections

A corrected page has its date moved and, where the correction changes a conclusion, the change is stated on the page. Errors are fixed rather than quietly removed. Report one to [email protected].
