Everything it dispenses is compounded: mixed by a pharmacy to a prescription rather than made by the manufacturer, and never through FDA approval as a product. It ships to 49 states — Site states "All US States except Louisiana". Nebraska limited to patients 19+. Terms page says only "certain states" and directs to support for the list.
