What you are buying
Compounded GLP-1 in injection or oral form with HSA/FSA support. Wellorithm prescribes Compounded semaglutide, Compounded tirzepatide, Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro as injection, oral tablet. Everything it dispenses is compounded: mixed by a pharmacy to a prescription rather than made by the manufacturer, and never through FDA approval as a product. It ships to 49 states — FAQ: 'Wellorithm is available in 49 states across the U.S. Currently, we cannot provide services in Louisiana or outside the United States.' The terms page contradicts this and says 'all 50 states plus D.C.'.
Wellorithm does not bill insurance. The prices below are what you pay. The medication is included in the monthly price. It does not publish which pharmacy fills its prescriptions.
